Terms and Conditions – Mawrid Platform

Welcome to Mawrid. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Mawrid platform at mawrid.ae. By registering, accessing, or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Definitions

• Platform: The digital marketplace known as Mawrid.
• Supplier: Licensed pharmaceutical warehouses, manufacturers, and pharmacies listing products on the platform.
• Client: Hospitals, clinics, and healthcare providers purchasing through the platform.
• User: Any individual or entity registered to use Mawrid.

2. Eligibility

• Users must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to enter into contracts.
• Suppliers and Clients must hold valid licenses as required under UAE healthcare and pharmaceutical regulations.

3. Account Registration

• Users must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
• Each User is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials.
• Unauthorized use of another User’s account is prohibited.

4. Use of the Platform

• Suppliers may upload products in line with subscription limits.
• Clients may place, track, and manage orders through their accounts.
• Users must not misuse the platform by attempting to hack, disrupt, or unlawfully access data.

5. Subscriptions & Payments

• Some features require an active subscription (monthly or annual).
• All subscription fees are non-refundable unless stated otherwise.
• Failure to pay may result in account suspension or termination.

6. Orders & Transactions

• Transactions occur directly between Suppliers and Clients.
• Mawrid acts solely as a digital intermediary and does not guarantee product quality, timeliness, or regulatory compliance.
• Suppliers are fully responsible for compliance with laws and regulations governing their products.

7. Intellectual Property

• All content on Mawrid, including logos, text, software, and design, is owned by the platform and protected by law.
• Users may not copy, distribute, or modify any part of the platform without prior written approval.

8. Data Protection

User information will be processed in line with our Privacy Policy. Mawrid uses technical and organizational measures to protect data but cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Termination

• Mawrid may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
• Users may request account closure at any time, but subscription fees already paid are non-refundable.

10. Limitation of Liability

The platform is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Mawrid is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Abu Dhabi, UAE.

12. Updates to These Terms

Mawrid may update these Terms at any time. Users will be notified of major changes, and continued use of the platform after such changes constitutes acceptance.
